产品构成 Test System
振动噪声测试系统包括：分析软件、数据采集器、传感器。
测试系统工作一般过程为：首先，振动、噪声信号等物理模拟量，通过传感器转换为电压模拟量；然后，数据采集器将电压模拟量转换为电压数字量（即AD采样），存贮至测试电脑；最后，使用软件对数据进行深入分析处理。
The vibration and noise test system includes: analysis software, data collector and sensor.
The general working process of the test system is as follows: firstly, the physical analog quantities such as vibration and noise signals are converted into voltage analog quantities through sensors; Then, the data collector converts the analog voltage quantity into the digital voltage quantity (i.e. AD sampling) and stores it in the test computer; Finally, use software to analyze and process the data in depth.

软件界面：XEB（XEB为品牌“西鄂伯”商标拼音首字母）软件，参考进口软件操作习惯开发，绝大部分分析功能和计算精度，与进口软件一一对标，并能做到高度一致。

数据采集器 DAQ
数据采集器，采用美国NI公司的振动噪声专用采集板卡, 采集器基本单元为4和8通道，可依据基本单元组成任意多通道。
The data collector adopts the special acquisition board for vibration and noise of NI Company of the United States. The basic unit of the data collector is 4 and 8 channels, which can be composed of any number of channels according to the basic unit.
传感器 Sensors
振动传感器，采用美国PCB公司产品，产品规格众多，客户可以根据实际使用场景进行选择；
声音传感器，采用美国PCB公司产品，产品规格众多，客户可以根据实际使用场景进行选择；
转速传感器，采用美国Monarch公司产品，一般为客户配备光电式和激光式传感器。
